Do you accept insurance for home visits?
At this time, we are not in network with any insurance plans. Sunshine Speech LA provides private pay speech and language therapy services. Please contact your insurance provider to discuss your plan's coverage and reimbursement policies for out of network services.
How long is a typical home therapy session?
Sessions typically last between 45 and 60 minutes. We utilize play-based techniques that integrate into your child's natural daily routines, making the learning experience both effective and enjoyable for your little one.
Is an evaluation required prior to treatment?
Yes, all new clients need an evaluation prior to treatment to ensure an appropriate treatment plan, recommendations, referals, and diagnosis. However, if an evaluation has been completed in the last 6 months prior to starting treatment, an evluation may not be needed.
